2020 UGA opened vs Arky.. oh look Bennett took the bulk of the snaps and took over a few minutes into the second quarter. Mathis was never given a chance. He was effective as a passer and rusher but benched on his 1st mistake. In a meaningless Covid game.

Had a lower ceiling, less talent, no actual business suiting up for a D1 college. Kirby doesn’t like having a QB that actually wants to be a QB. He wants a low risk low reward guy that doesn’t hurt the defense.

Given Kirby’s track record and the fact Stockton was left in when ineffective do you blame him? He would still be at Florida if they didn’t breach their NIL obligations to him.

I’m almost 50 and slowed down. Unlike those that never actually sped up or did anything and has to live and die with a college football team they were never part of or likely never set foot on beyond the stadium. That’s just pathetic.
