If he commits within the next week, I'm still saying it's Bama..

What if he visits AU early next week?

IMO, the more he waits, the better for AU.. If he visits Auburn again, he might as well commit on the spot. I think that's why he cooled on us so much since he actually did visit. He's forgetting how much he loved this place
To answer your question, I.. have no clue. He's hard to get a read on. As of now I just have to say 'Bama...

That's quite a different tune than from a couple of weeks ago.

Recruiting is suppose to be absolute damnit.

Fo Sho. I just want him to visit again.

I would be really surprised if he decides to commit before signing day. He clearly likes the attention and I assume he will drag it out as long as possible just so he can frick with everyone in Alabama and then commit to Corch Richt!
But seriously though, I see him choosing a hat on ESPNU in Feb...

He may not sign with Alabama or Auburn, but he's definitely leaving the state of Georgia. He seems pretty intent on that.

I feel the same. If anything, I could see him finally visiting Notre Dame and liking it alot. He talks highly of them and he's never even been there. I still think it's Bama or AU though

Who is the guy that's committed to Notre Dame that we're trying to flip, Ronald Darby? Have you heard anything on him as of late?
Posted on 7/21/11 at 9:29 pm to TTsTowel
Yeah Darby. Haven't heard anything. He visited last weekend, but had to leave before reporters could talk to him. I haven't heard anything since. I'm assuming he's solid to ND still

I wouldn't mind taking him if we can't get Geno (assuming we could get him to flip). That guy can fly.

No. He'll bring the actual UGA for his announcement. Anything less would be a disappointment from this kid

Miles Foby, who's usually spot on about Alabama recruiting, is saying that Geno Smith will take no more visits before making his decision.
Posted on 7/21/11 at 9:57 pm to CapstoneGrad06
Yeah Fomby is usually pretty accurate. Brian Matthews said yesterday that the AU coaches are expecting him and his mother to visit AU one more time next week, but I guess we'll have to wait and see.
If not, definitely Bama

I don't follow recruiting really much at all, other than what is in the paper (rare) and what is posted here, but this guy screams Trooper troll to me.

If AU loses Geno they just got raped by Saban and co. Kid was 80/20 a month ago favoring AU.
