Bama should hire him as there offensive coordinator. I bet he has a lot of quality power runs in him playbook

At practice, he'd just get Scarbrough to run head first into brick walls to toughen him up.

No I just laugh at how some of you act snobbish towards Miles despite hiring your D-line coach.

I'm sure the L6U fans don't miss Les since they got Coach 0
why would they miss the best Coach L6U ever had....

Miles, who is 140-53 overall in 14 years as a head coach, has compiled a 112-32 record at LSU, which includes a remarkable 63-28 record in SEC regular season games. Miles is the fastest coach in LSU history to reach milestone victories of 10 (11 games), 20 (24), 30 (35), 40 (48), 50 (63), 60 (76), 70 (87), 80 (98), 90 (113), 100 (126), and 110 (133). He's also won 42 games against top-25 teams and 16 against teams in the top 10. On 24 occasions, Miles has led the Tigers to a comeback win in either the fourth quarter or overtime. LSU has been ranked in the Top 25 for 137 of 142 games under Miles.

JC....they can't wrap their heads around it. Why the CFB Nation laughs at them. Miles would of ended with the same record as O...Hell probably would of beat Florida honestly.

And what mistakes has he made since? I didnt like the hire at first, but I'm starting to come around. I'm not ready to say I'm on board until all of these things turn into wins, but he has done a great job since taking over and since being hired on full time.

Miles is too old and to set in his ways. He burned his own career by not adjusting offensively in his last 2 years at LSU. He's a dinosaur or a Dodo Bird. All three are extinct and never making a comeback.

Les Miles grew hair all over his body and is eating grass like Nebuchadnezzar.

While you played the NC game with an OC fresh out of the drunk tank. Stay in your lane, gumps.

Les has millions of reasons to interview for coaching jobs but make sure he ultimately isn't hired for any of them.

I'd love to see him coach again.

College football is cyclical. In 2-3 years a vintage Les team would run roughshod over college football now that Saban is going to start building his teams to beat the Clemsons of the world instead of the LSUs.

People seem to forget that he won at LSU based on talent. He would not do well at a school that doesn't have the talent level that he had while at LSU. That is why he hasn't had any job offers. Schools know that.

Even when given the chance to make a valid argument you guys fall flat. You're going to seriously compare an analyst turned OC on final game of season to hiring your DL COACH to run your program? LSU Football has been reduced to an afterthought on the national stage...it was clear as day Coach O was playing not to lose big against Florida and Alabama to help his chances. LSU fired Miles(which I understand) as Head Coach to hire a Guy that would not landed a P5 job anywhere else.

Yeah being one yard away from being 7-1 and a Sugar Bowl has us terrified

I wasn't a fan of the hire (still not sure I am), but it's like you guys forgot he's been the head coach for 2/3rds of the season, and still finished with no more losses than a majority of the conference who didn't have to go through a coaching change in the middle of the season.

The funny thing is this now applies to the same coach the SECr is whining about us getting rid of. Young unproven guys are giving keys to programs why our amazeballs 80% winning percantage coach can't even land a gig at a bottom tier Power 5 school.
