I'm with teague. I see Grant possibly sticking around a while and building a program that he can call his own at Bama. It's been long enough since the Plaid Palace that its no longer Wimp's team. He has an ego, you can tell it, and he wants to be able to say that whatever team he is on, he built. Pure and simple.

I'm still baffled by this idea that the "Tennessee job is CLEARLY a better job". What is this based on? BTW, that doesn't mean that Alabama's a better job. They are practically identical history wise and support their programs on the same level and earn as much money as each other when they're both successful. Sure, if we're comparing each school's last 5 years I get it but what does that have to do with each school's potential?
