You aren't stopping the spread by getting vaccinated.
A relative has autoimmune deficiency, and can't get the vaccine. He isn't living in fear.
Science-wise, viruses tend to become less dangerous but more easily spread through mutation. Unless faced with resistance, in which case they have to become more dangerous to spread and survive.

Doctors have differing opinions. I am not pro-vax. I'm for individual choice. I made my choice after consulting my doctor, which is what everyone should do.

I'm speaking of very well known drs that were over major agencies and hospitals. Not the local Dr.

Speaking of, my at risk nephew was treated by his local Dr after getting covid with ivermectin. He lives in Ms.

Silly whataboutisms that have nothing to do with this topic doesn't help your argument.

It's not a "whataboutism". A whataboutism is to divert the focus away from the current issue by making a counter-accusation. It’s a specific form of the tu quoque fallacy in which someone’s claim is discredited due to alleged hypocrisy by the arguer.

I never diverted focus to discredit anything. In fact what I did was to add more evidence to the argument. The argument being that it is not above them to push something that is not safe.

If you had a history of beating women and your latest fling has you arrested for doing it to her, your past is taken into account.

Had things like this never happened, more people might have reason to TRUST it.

You can't tell me that there are any long term effects just as I can't tell you that there aren't.

Yes I can. We already know of some. Gullian Barre is being added by the FDA. It can take years to recover from. Some never do.

I can list many. Things like Acute Disseminated Encephalomyelitis. Stroke. Venous Thromboembolism

It's up to the individual to weigh those risks and make decisions for themselves.

No. It's not. Jobs are being held over peoples head and they are being fired.

The problem is that we have people on one side saying that folks who don't get the vax are stupid, anti-science granny killers, and we've got folks like you on the other side claiming that vaccines are killing scores of people and causing long term effects.

No. This thread is about a state educational system forcing the vaccine or be fired.

While those stories are sad, they are statistically insignificant. Tens of millions of people have safely been vaccinated.

I’m not coming at you as you said you are against mandates. This is the problem with mandates. These adverse effects are not insignificant to those involved. When you mandate this shot you put parents in a very difficult position. Do I vaccinate my kid so they can go to school knowing that some kids are having serious reactions? A lot of parents only have one choice because they can’t afford the alternatives. They’re going to get them vaccinated so they can go to school so the parents can work and provide for them. Very few of these kids are going to have adverse reactions and even fewer are going to die from the vaccine. However, in no way is that insignificant for those parents nor is it acceptable considering kids have virtually no risk from this virus.

Leach isn't rushing to get the shot because he doesn't know how to rush. Why doesn't everyone understand this? Swing passes and screening to the shot.

What do you define as a true vaccine?

The CDC can’t even make up their mind on the definition. They just recently changed the definition again. How do you expect us to define it?

Spineless coward didn't show. Too bad that vaccine doesn't protect against being a chickenshit.
