This whole thing is strange. He may be a douche, but I still don’t really see why he was fired for this.
But it’s Cohen in charge, so I guess it makes sense that there’s drama involved In anything he’s got his fingers in.
Cohen could potentially be the problem here IMO.

Andy gave up miliions to dip his pen in company ink, this has zero to do with Cohen outside of some construct in your feeble mind.
In today's climate he could not survive this regardless of whom the AD was, nor in any other professional field. Two staffers may get away with it but HC and staffer is bordering on a #metoo embarrassment.
Perhaps Burger King allows this in your workplace, it is not gor me to judge.
