There are 985,000 doctors in the United States. On average that means they got about $45 from each company. I'm sure they're making major decisions based on getting their YouTube TV subscription covered for a month.

Most doctors are clueless and just accept what they are told while going about their day. For the most part they are just going to rely on the FDA etc.
This applies for any and all professions. I'm a programmer and use things in programming I don't fully understand, or really even need to understand, all the time. I've used tensorflow, but does that mean I at all understand the math and things that go on in it? Nope. I use the language, I'm not the guy who makes the language(or lib in the case of tensorflow).
The guy who changes your oil is not an expert on oil. etc.
So I'm sure most doctors just trust the FDA and assume all the proper checks and such are being done. And then any that don't are ridiculed and made to shut up.

What? I'm pretty sure every doctor doesn't give out covid shots or whatever. So some doctors get $0, some doctors get a lot more.

So you don't know the context but you say its dumb? It's the amount of money given by pharma companies in 2018 divided by the number of doctors. So it has nothing to do with covid shots.

I gave you a link that shows how much some of them get paid and some of them get paid in the millions.
The "resistance" you're experiencing internally to clicking on the links I provided, which are factual and public information, in favor of downvoting and regurgitating narratives is called cognitive dissonance overload. It's the same reason you ignore your COVID survivability rate is 99.7% (or better), even though that info comes from the CDC themselves, whom you genuflect to.
