As in, the settlement somehow clears him. Didn’t read the rest of your lengthy post.

He did not quote that part, his quote says Sherrill was cleared - which he was way back in 2003.

The NCAA was sued by a professor ( DR. Jones ) from UA and won 6 figures due to the lies they put into their report. Rich is a POS of the highest order and was involved in stretching facts in the Alabama case.

He's a complete POS.

I don't know enough about the Bama stuff because I wasn't close to it. But the shite he did during the Mississippi State investigation has likely reserved a spot in hell for the guy.

Correct, Sherrill was cleared of any wrongdoing way back in 2004 when the NCAA sanctions were handed down
