Funny how it’s me “discrediting” the military when I’m just saying it’s not the same situation at all

fricking pussy shite

Well, let's see. I was replying to this:

quote:

Not a single person in this thread has had to make a decision that could impact their personal health and potentially cost them millions of dollars in a moment.

Now, could joining the military impact their personal health and cost them millions of dollars in a moment?

Yes, you could lose your entire life which is worth more than millions of dollars, but even then let's ignore that.

I joined the military and I have made millions of dollars since, which I wouldn't have made if I was killed. So apparently, some people in this thread have made such decisions.

But personally, I consider putting your life on the line to be more than the money. And as I said, 150k people make that choice every year.

I guess it's just you ain't shite people who don't make sacrifices in your life.

This is a ridiculous stretch, come on man.

This is about millions in the next few months vs your theory of maybe making millions at some point in your life.

Its not comparable.

So your life is worth less than millions?

Tell me more about how you have no clue what the important things in life are.

Weird hill to die on. It's a football game for the SEC to make a pile of money on.

Chad Kelly was a day 2 pick before his acl tear. If corral drops even from day one to day two that costs him millions. I don’t blame him for wanting to play, but everyone who want unpaid athletes to play in an exhibition game can go frick right off

Go frick yourself you soft piece of shite

You were going to be a millionaire if you didn't join the military?

I made the money after I got out of the army.

If I had died while in the military, I obviously wouldn't have done so.

But again, I find it fricking nuts that some of you are even suggesting money is worth more than being alive.

Your coach is a moron who had all his eggs in one basket. He’s not a great overall coach.

I do, apparently the rest of you aren't capable of reading what I was replying to in order to understand the context.

I'll post it again.

Simply not true. Many people make much tougher decisions with even bigger consequences.

I don't drink.

I just post on a forum with people who can't follow the context of posts.

Money is nothing and less valuable than a year ago. Ppl who brag about money and possessions that are better than the average American get no sympathy from me. Money and greed ruins everything.

You’re arguing that unpaid players shouldn’t care about risking millions of dollars in future earnings because of goddamn inflation?

I can’t even

No you just care about money. Just be honest. I don’t care if players opt out, it’s 100% about money.

No one does when it really matters for the most part. These games are all but exhibitions.

Bowl games quit being exhibition games in 2002 when they started to include them in the season stats.
