The SEC backed down today. I don’t know what to tell you.

After LSU crawfished and didn’t roster either Harris or Wright.

Big guy tells pipsqueak to sit his arse down or get a beating.
Little pip sits his arse down.
Pip thinks not getting his arse kicked means he came out on top.

If you 'Bama fans were smart you'll would be on our side in this. But you'll aren't too bright. Just keep following Sankey around like sheep. He's close to ruining this conference and if you'll give him enough time the Big Twelve and the ACC will be leaving the SEC behind like the Big Ten already has.

The Big 10 also made a similar rule to ban pros

LSU said 5 days ago they weren’t rostering those players
24-48 hours ago SEC gonna take a vote to kick them out? *for breaking rules that wasn’t broke* (that’s the funny part)
Now today No Federal case and no vote to dismiss? But LSU bent the knee, If LSU did bend the knee behind close doors, why was the mouthpiece from SEC hours earlier talking about a folder full of evidence the SEC had? If they had the “evidence” and it’s so so bad- They are full well pushing forward.
Now the truth is this situation was bad for both parties and both parties think they won- so let’s leave it there and move on and enjoy the season.

You need to familiarize yourself with the psychological concept of projection.
You would legitimately have to be a moron to believe that Sankey went against the wishes of the rest of the SEC members when the court filing was amended yesterday to include the possibility of expulsion. No one “wanted” it to happen. LSU immediately filling the roster spots as a result was the sit in the corner moment that the SEC office needed. All the LSU fans saying the SEC doesn’t want to lose LSU are spot on. Sankey and the rest of the SEC got what they wanted when LSU caved. There was no need to take it any further.
I will be very curious to see if Lane has any sarcastic remarks about the situation. If not, you can pretty much guarantee that the muzzle was applied because we all know that guy can’t resist taking a dig.

You mean LSU made part of the lawsuit pointless because they gave in filled the roster without any pro players? Which was exactly what the SEC was asking for in it?
You didn't win! We surrendered!

AT least they stood up for them and took the heat. Now I hope they sue the shite out of SEC and NCAA

Looks like LSU and Kiffin lured them in under false pretenses.

Nice. No one is saying Sankey is a hero in all this, but LSU fans and everyone else have to recognize that the other SEC members were behind this. Bham radio today said it was the UGA president and someone from UT who called for the Thursday vote. A conference suing a member institution and threatening expulsion is a BAD look. The whole thing was a shite show, but pretending LSU has no culpability is just silly. Neither side looks good because both handled it like ego driven teenagers.

Maybe you should lay off that bong. Kiffin has said from the start and maintained throughout that LSU would abide by the SEC rulings .

By not putting them on the roster?

September 4th - LSU stated they would not roster the players.
September 8 - SEC escalates with their amended, butthurt filing.
I know you are a fricking retard, but even you should be able to see that LSU had previously provided the SEC with a desperately needed off-ramp.
Unless you feel that open roster spots are somehow deserving of expulsion or whatever fantasy you have.
