I was hoping we'd get the Cards in that elimination game. But it's hard to say how much the multiple weather delays played into that Kansas loss, along with Cody starting. Still a long way to go if we want to win that regional.

Only issue is the uphill for Nunley.
Say UK wins. Nunley has to pitch 2 tomorrow to get into the Championship Series then might have to pitch 3 to win it all. Had the Cats taken that game from Bama, they would have given her a needed rest for the end run.

I wouldn't be opposed at this point to pulling her to save her arm a bit. The way their bats are working they definitely have an opportunity to play their way back in it.
