This is the stupidest thing ever.

College Football is better when you have contending teams from different areas of the country, so if the SEC has a season with no National players that might not be good... but you think people in the West Coast or Northeast give a shite if that team is called Alabama, LSU, Georgia or Florida.... frick no!

I agree.

Give UGA credit for scheduling Notre Dame. They have better wins, and that should mean something. They should be #4 even if they had a loss to ND or UF... But when its all said and done, they are looking at potentially having a loss to a 4-8 team at home. That is inexcusable.

Not really. We will slay the dragon once and for all on the field. $aban will retire afterwards when it comes to light that his players have been getting paid. Bama goes on a 3-year probation.

It'll be glorious!

So basically when the playoff committee is putting Bama in the top 4 they live the system and have no faults but when Bama gets beat and they drop them down then the entire system is flawed. Has there ever been a more collective fan base of entitled crybabies?

The message the committee is sending is that it is valuing wins over losses. UGA clearly has the better wins and Bama clearly has the better loss.

What may keep Alabama out of the playoffs may be Tennessee. If they had played and beaten Florida or Georgia in the regular season they could have absorbed the LSU loss and still make it.

continuing with all your comically wrong predictions from the week before the game I see. Hey i guess if you are going to strike out as much as you do might as well swing for the fences

The committee placed Alabama at No.5 in its new rankings, which is ludicrously too low for the Crimson Tide,

Lol 4 spot is their ceiling and 5 is ludicrously too low ??

The four-team playoff system is damaging the integrity of college football, and alienating entire regions.

Wait...wut???
Wouldn’t leaving Bama out actually help alleviate that problem?
I is confused:
