Les Miles had a DTQB that ran a 4.3 40 ?

With a running clock, the ground and pound just might be the winning formula for Saban again. The defense is going to be good as well.

If anyone can match up the DLine it should be A&M. Five stars throughout the two deep and more. We can throw bodies at the problem.

Ferguson: 6'4, 322 (+3 lbs)
Latham: 6'6, 360 (+25 lbs)

That is an average of 336.5 pounds per man.

Must be just an uncanny coincidence. 336.5 pounds is also the average weight of a typical Bammer housewife.

Exactly. We have the bodies and talent to wear them out if anyone does.

With a very average OL in 2022 The King of CFB rushed for 286 yards on the Aggie front 7 last year

Yet it took Jimbo derping the play calling at the end inside the red zone for Bama to pull out a win at home.

Don’t think we have the defense for that. Going to have to score in the 40’s to win a few this year.

That certainly won't be an issue with U-Trans

I've seen this 4.3 40 claim a few times now. Genuinely curious, where is this coming from? All I can find is numbers in the 4.6s, which is still very fast for a QB, but obviously very different than 4.3.

They will run completely over teams with inferior talent. That changes in games where the other teams have talent as well. Heavy run teams have a history of playing in close games.

Like you said, what happens when you fall behind or the game is tied late? With the new clock rules, not having a dynamic passer at QB in that situation is a negative. Also, how good is a run heavy offensive line in pass pro in obvious passing situations? How good are they with in determining stunts & blitzes presnap & picking them up post snap?

Bryce Young pulled a lot of games for Bama out of the jaws of defeat the past 2 seasons. Young isn't walking through that door to save the day anymore.

It's Bama math. It doesn't matter what the actual numbers are. You just make shite up. Look at the number of championships they claim.
