So I guess congrats on never beating Auburn when we’re at full strength

Anything Auburn has faced over the past several seasons is incomparable to the NCAA enforcement committee telling your program that it’s staring down the barrel of a gun. Auburn made a series of bad coaching decisions…Alabama lost a whole team worth of scholarships (21 to be exact).

2008 was not the first BAMA win there.

What year was the first? Auburn won 2000, 2002, 2004, and 2006. I think the Iron Bowl played its first game in Tuscaloosa in 2000.

Don’t forget the 18 national championships to 2.

Oh, the head to head record strongly favored Bama too.

But, they did just an awesome coach from USF. I’m kidding about that part.

Yes, Alabama's 36-0 win in 2008 was the first win ober Auburn in T-Town.

Alabama is 8-1 in T-Town since 08 vs Auburn.

We don't speak of the one loss, smh.

Still a good hire and upgrade from Freeze, but maybe temper your expectations.

Maybe they talk TUBBS out of running for governor and returning to coach them. He had their number!

He lost 36-0 to Saban’s 2008 team and AU fired him.

Questionable hire at best, but he did keep the score close against Alabama in 2023.

Auburn's last coach had actually beaten Alabama and not just kept the score close.
