Would have been widely recognized as the greatest defense to ever grace a college football field. And then Deshaun Watson happened. How good is that guy? Dear lord.

CB Marlon Humphrey - 1st round, 2017 Draft
CB Minkah Fitzpatrick - 1st round, 2018 Draft
SS Ronnie Harrison - 3rd round, 2018 Draft
FS Eddie Jackson - 4th round, 2017 Draft
OLB - Ryan Anderson - 2nd round, 2017 Draft
ILB - Rashan Evans - 1st round, 2018 Draft
ILB - Reuben Foster - 1st round, 2017 Draft
OLB - Tim Williams - 3rd round, 2017 Draft
DE - Jonathan Allen - 1st round, 2017 Draft
DT - DaRon Payne - 1st round, 2018 Draft
DE - Dalvin Tomlinson - 2nd round, 2017 Draft

What does Clemson’s starting Offense look like?

He is 99 plays 0 penalties good.

That should tell you how good that Bama D was. The more people who actually watch that game and see how inept the officiating was the more impressed they are with Bama's defensive performance.

Would have been 1st/2nd if not for the broken leg, too.

Good question. I know Renfrow is still on the team, I think he’s been there for about 10 years now.

A few guys named Ed Reed, Sean Taylor, Vince Wilfork, Jonathan Vilma, Antrell Rolle would find that claim amusing.

That's 5 people. A defense consists of 11, corndog.

Ronnie and Eddie would have been first round talents but for injuries

Ouch. Really stings to have 2/3 instead of 3/3

From 2016. It would be a shame that the team that made all those 1st Rounders look overrated didn’t make it in the Pros.

How would Alabama make it to the pros?

List the rest. And then post their defensive stats against that 2016 or even 2011 Bama/LSU squads.

That 2001 Miami squad isn’t even among the Top 5 defenses of the last 20 years, much less all time.

This list is also why I laugh when people say “any” NFL team would blow out even the best college team.

If I were to tell you the Cleveland Browns had 10 picks on the first two days of the draft, to include 6 in the first round, we would immediately expect them to be competing for Super Bowls.

Not saying Bama would win, but that team wasn’t getting blown out by any damn body.

Eddie is playing like a 1st rounder and would have been drafted higher if it weren't for his leg injury
