Alabama will Repeat as National Champions

IMO I have a strong feeling that they will... They can run the ball and should be able to stop the run. Plus, the SEC should be wide open again next year and the East should be "down" . That's not to say they will go undefeated, but being a Preseason #1 will give them a little wiggle room especially if they lose early...Just my opinion. What say you?

We will definitely need a little luck at some point... almost every team that wins a BCSNC needs some.

Slow your roll. We can resonably expect to repeat as SEC West Champs, and to compete for the SEC Championship. But any expectations other than that are counter productive, and play directly into the hands of our critics. No reason to publicly declare your delusions.

Not delusional at all... Just my opinion regarding our potential for next season. I don't "expect" us to win, but there is a chance that they will. I feel that the chance is pretty strong...

I think so too. The bama nation will probably freak out when it happens, but this two year tear we've been on is truly something special. Very well could be Auburn that beats us (although it will be difficult at BD) they will be much improved.

this is precisely the reason the majority of other SEC schools and the nation in general can't stand Alabama.. the arrogance and sense of entitlement is overwhelmingly obnoxious.

Alabama is not likely to repeat next year. Their schedule is very tough next year with Penn State and FLorida back on their play list. Also several teams from the SEC have bye weeks scheduled before the Alabama game. Now they are returning a lot on offense and losing a lot of experience on defense. They'll be the favorite to win the West but it will be very difficult to repeat due to that schedule.

their secondary will lose two games for them and their offense another.

Schedule is significantly more difficult. UT is better and the game is in Neyland. LSU will be better and the game is in BR. Bama picks up UF this year who will not drop off much. Those three games will be tougher than any game Bama played this year.
As a team Bama will not be as good next year as they were this past year IMO. Offense better, defense worse, and as a whole not as good.

you backed it up ONCE in the past decade, and yet for the past 15 years all you hear out of Alabama fans is how many NCs they've won and how great Bear Bryant was.

That statement was neither arrogant nor did it contain a sense of entitlement... It is simply my opinion that we will have a potential great team next year. It is well documented that we should be pretty good with the potential to be great. It's very possible Bama could repeat. You should have the hang of this after being here for so long...some never learn

Alabama was the best team last year,but they also got the benefit of many calls(ARK/LSU) and a UTenn kicker with a 2 iron foot. I doubt they continue that streak of good luck.

We do have weaknesses this season that we didnt last season.
The secondary will have to bow up, man up, and get it done.
