I wish I could shoot every one of those bastards right between their dead eyes. They don't deserve to breathe, and they should suffer horrible, painful deaths.

I highly doubt this. Sounds more like one of those urban legends that always pop up...i.e.-if you see someone driving after dark with their lights off, don't flash yours at them because it's part of a gang initiation where they'll turn around and chase you down and kill you. If a crying child comes up, help them for pete's sake.

Im with NGT on this one. It sounds like the urban legend i heard about Memphis. Someone told me there is a Latin gang in memphis that once a year performs their cold blooded initiation. What they do is they will get in there cars and head out into the suburbs and do "bump and shoots." mreaning they pull up just close enough to bump you while driving, and when you get out they shoot.

now that could be true, but I have never read about them in the papers or seen it on the news . Stories like that wouldn't stay quiet IMO

I just came back from helping clean up the Forest Lakes area as well as the area back behind the McDonalds on 15th Street. Pictures and videos cannot describe the damage to you all well enough. It simply has to be seen in person to be believed.

It literally looks like a map from Call of Duty.

Don't say that. I coached a kid a few years ago that lived about three blocks from the Rosedale community they keep showing who took part in the same crap and got caught. They weren't killing people, they were just chasing them down and scaring the crap out of them.

Oh, no.

I wouldn't normally do this on a football message board, but please give me leave.

Lord, each and everyone one of us has fallen short of your Glory. We would ask for Your forgiveness and blessing. Today, many of your children are lost. Please place Your goodness and light on those missing and their loved ones. Give strength to those searching, and wisdom to those leading. We would ask that in the event that those missing are gone, that they are wrapped in Your eternal loving arms...that their last minutes were filled with the comfort and thought of those they leave behind. We seek assurance, and peace of mind and know that those things are only found in You. Lord, grant to those left behind the will and ability to go on...may they find peace and comfort in the fact that one day we will all rejoin in happiness on that distant shore. In all that we do, and in Your name, Amen.

Heavy hearts and tons of tears as what seemed like hundreds of military trucks rolled into Pleasant Grove today. It was a real sight to see.

I'll post more later

Thoughts and prayers to all of the folks who lost loved ones, homes, and possessions in this thing. Not just talking about those in T-town, but everyone throughout the south. Haven't been around for the last few days as I work in the insurance industry dealing with injury claims (vehiclular injuries). Volunteered for CAT duty in Alabama next week...the devastation is immense and so gut-wrenching. Hope we can can get all of those affected much, much sooner rather than later.

I shite around with all of you and enjoy hanging with you guys and gals on TD an awful lot, and reading a few of the posts on this thread gives me a much greater appreciation of this site and SEC fans in particular. Even you Aubs.

I've been in alberta city all day today. I want to say thank you for this prayer, it brought tears to my eyes and warmth to my heart. God give us strength to help all of these people affected. It's overwhelming.

What part of Smith Lake. I have family in the Houston/Arley area that still don't have it.

For anyone around Starkville

The MSU Student Association is sponsoring a collection of toiletry supplies to support fellow students at the University of Alabama affected by tornadoes. SA President Rhett Hobart said needs include toilet paper, toothpaste and deodorant. Items may be dropped off at the Union Dawg House until 5 p.m. Monday. The SA will deliver the items Tuesday. For more, call 662-325-3917 or email krh189@saffairs.msstate.edu.

Also if you can it would likely be a good idea to donate blood, I'm sure hospitals will really be in need for it.
