Here's a link to my Youtube page:

Caught 3 good videos of it and ended up being on CNN this morning and they're on tons of other news stations. Thought I'd share

i agree its dammed if you do dammed if you dont. to me the best is taking some heat for not visiting right way and actually not interfering with primary rescue efforts.
you not showing up isn't going to cost someone a life but him showing up and pulling some of the rescue effort from an area could cost a survivor trapped in a collapsed building his life.
eta this is probably better on the poliboard instead of discuss it in this thread and having it be derailed.

Finally made it out of huntsville and to montgomery. Gas was nonexistent north of bham as there is no power at all. Finally got gas in bham. Lots of trees down lining 65, especially near cullman.

so many stories, good and sad coming out of tuscaloosa! a good friend's son's house was flattened--he survived because he took refuge under a mattress...
btw...although many of you do not like him, finebaum is doing a good job this afternoon of keeping up with events in t'town & b'ham.

Stories like this can't be true........
twitter @tuscaloosa tornado that EMS has reached decimated area east of Rosedale housing projects. "Dozens of bodies" are in the streets and have asked for a cold storage unit from the State.
THIS IS NOT the same request that we heard from for the mobile morgue last night...that was on the GA AL line. Weather channel reporter is in the middle of a debris field...said he could hear moans coming from rubble, with no organized rescue within site. HVY equipment needed for extraction but the area is just too damaged.

I sure hope not, but I know that Cooper Green has requested a mobile morgue bc theirs is already filled up

The death toll may even reach 500 for the state before this is over with.

Death toll in Alabama is at 184 right now, and still climbing. 20 people are still missing from Pratt City LINK
There are some good pics from Pratt City here
We manage two apartment buildings there, and it is literally one block over from the destroyed parts. The buildings have some damage, but all of our tenants there are safe, with no injuries.
