Dude, what the hell? So you don't know if he's ok yet? This is insane and all too reminiscent of Katrina. Sucks bad to hear this all happening.

Thanks everybody. He's got neighbors tending to him, but they're all old and they can't move a thing. Just a big tree limb laying across his hip and a bunch of rubble piled on.
Cops said they couldn't allow anyone in until the National Guard arrived to secure the area, which may be another two hours.
UPDATE! Just got a text. They got to him and they are getting him out right now. Will let you know when I hear more.

They have a direct route of ambulances going directly from Pleasant Grove to UAB hospital. YAY! Fleshy's dad's going to be alright!!
