It will repeat Sat May 14th at 1:30 pm and Sun May 15th at 11:00 am.
Sat at 11am will be:
Tune in for a very special episode of Top 20 Countdown as host Evan Farmer travels to Hackleburg, Ala. In 2007, the small town won the honor of best hometown in America as the result of a contest on CMT.com. However, on April 27, 2011, Hackleburg suffered the effects of an F5 tornado. Watch interviews with the town's mayor, police chief and residents as they work to rebuild. Throughout the show, we'll tell you how country's biggest stars are aiding victims of the devastating storms and tell you how you can lend your support.

Anyone here attending this tomorrow? Apparently they've moved the registration/check in to the old Food Max location in Northport.

Oh,my goodness. Warrior River Road was opened back up to 'thru traffic' this week. I went over to Concord about 20 minutes ago. Unbelievable. Utter destruction. Houses and stores looked like a bomb had gone off. Not a real wide path,in fact not too much damage at all on the outskirts of the path. But within the track things have just been crushed like tin cans.

That is insane. I wonder which business made it?
Sounds like a bad golf joke, but to my understanding the one business in Hackleburg that made it was a company that builds mobile homes.
How's that for irony ?

People of Florence, Athens, Decatur and other towns of North Alabama need to get ready. The storm cell that is about to enter has produced Tornadoes and hail in Mississippi. Everyone stay safe and be careful !
There are a few other storms headed for Central Alabama, but they are relatively weaker.

Keep a close eye on radar. Looks like yall about to get real heavy, but maybe the heaviest will be south of the Shoals.

kinda looks like it's weakening as it moves east too.. hopefully will just be some heavy rain is all you get.

It started to weaken when it hit Corinth, but then they spotted a funnel forming so it evidently didn't matter that it was weakening. earlier it produced Ping pong ball sized hail, but later reduced to quarter size.
Looks like that cell in central MS/AL border strengthened a great deal since my last post
Looks like the areas around Birmingham should prepare as well.

The system pretty much fell apart once it came across the state line.
We didn't even get much rain.
I think it may take me and my kids a while before a storm is just a storm again. We weren't cowering in fear or anything but the anxiety was pretty high for a bit around here.

Well that's good news. The state couldn't handle another strong wave again.
Glad you are all ok

That's completely natural, and I would be willing to bet most in the South feel that way right now. I was discussing just that with a friend right before those storms hit that day.
Events like 2 weeks ago really hit deep, and it's not always expressed on the outside. Just remember if you need it , you have friends in high places.
