Semi finalist Lou Groza 2023 as a freshman.Returning starter at placekicker … Lou Groza Award semifinalist … did not miss a kick this season (13-13 FG, 40-40 PAT) … current string of 19 consecutive made FG is a school record
Towns McGough- true freshman. 2023: MaxPreps All-American. Connected on 19 of 22 FG attempts with a long of 60 yards. Made six attempts over 50 yards (50, 50, 52, 55, 56 and 60) – which was a state record – while all three misses came from over 56 yards. Also handled kickoff duties and punted. Nailed 78 touchbacks while averaging 46.8 yards per punt.
