He is part of the Saban coaching tree and his no nonsense demeanor fits what Alabama usually likes in a coach.

Only downfall is his age at 64, but you could get a solid 6-8 years out of him

He will probably be retired soon. Very old. Time for relaxation, beaches, and working on hobbies.

He just signed a $100M extension and I believe his wife’s family is in Indiana.

Happy wife and $100M or unhappy wife and $200M

I’d take the $100M everytime.

Why would he leave Indiana to go coach a bunch of prima donnas and have to deal with that delusional fanbase. Bama is cooked for a long time

There is absolutely 0 reason for that 64 year old man to leave what he's currently got to deal with that.

Dude just got broke off and can retire with generational wealth.
