Why are you so mad at Bama? Sounds like your outrage should be at the BCS formula/voters/writers/everyone else in America that realized at the end of the year that bama was the #2 team in the country and had earned their way in for a re-match.

Yea, let's just let this thread die. Bama was clearly the best team for 2011/2012. There's no debate anywhere in the country outside of Baton Rouge and who gives a frick about that cesspools opinion anyway.

Cross the 50 more than once, gain more than 100 yards of offense, don't be the only team shutout in BCSNCG history and you'd not have to argue so hard against it.
One team squeaked by in OT in a hard fought game that included 4 missed FGs by one team, and 2 of your 3 made FGs came when you had fields of 25 yards or less (an INT gave you an 18 yard field, and you gained 3 yards, and then in OT you started at the 25). It's not like you looked CLEARLY better in the OT game (and, btw, I know how much LSU fans value being "undefeated in regulation").
Again, your team got utterly dominated in the title game. It had to be that way. Before the game there were LSU fans talking about a "split title" if you lost. Saban knew Bama had to win that way in order to leave no doubt. His team was better prepared, better coached, and just better in general that year (and every year since).

My team might be the only "mulligan championship" team in BCS history (in the minds of LSU fans), but don't expect an apology. What Bama did to LSU on national TV in your own home state on the biggest stage your team has played on in the last 8 years removed any doubt as to which team was better that year.
And, of course, no one questions which team is better since 1/9/12. Two close games won by Bama and two blowouts won by Bama since 1/9/12. There isn't a player on that roster who knows what it feels like to beat Bama.

I am not mad at the voters or Bama. I am mad at LES for not making adjustments or coming up with a solid game plan. I remember being in a bar in Baton Rouge when Iowa State beat Oklahoma State and people were cheering. I was thinking do you idiots really want to play Bama again. We definitely had the talent to beat them and were clearly the better team in the regular season with the talent we faced compared to their schedule. They just got us that night because of piss poor planning and execution.
