So apparently in 2016 Saban said you should be conference champs to get in the playoff. Now, that's not the case. Just like the 2011 season. Just wondering what folks are thinking about that?

Which is worse? Blowout loss to unranked Iowa, or blowout loss to ranked ND and a loss to a ranked Washington state team by 3 away.
