of course its possible the flagship wins every game, LSU only loses to the flagship, bama only loses to the flagship and LSU.

state at 12 loses to all 3 but wins the other 9 games and then the bowl game.

uscjr wins the east but i dont know their schedule off hand to say how many they lose. im say top 20 team

Funky, I like LSU a lot this year. Bama will have the better D, but im expecting LSU to have a much improved offense. Jefferson is a senior behind a great OL, good talent at WR and more quality RBs than should be allowed on one team. Add that to Kragthorpe's eyes in the sky. If Les let's him call his game and not override half his playcalling this offense will be very efficient

I thought you were using Arky meth to think 4 teams in one division could all be ranked top 10 at seasons end.

I thought Kragthorpe isn't calling plays anymore?

Why will the offense improve greatly? We heard the same thing last summer about JJs improvement. Also, LSUs offense is dictated heavily by Miles' influence. That's why it looks close to the same every year.

kat krags isn't calling the plays anymore for LSU. he stepped down as oc the other day staying on staff as the qb coach. It shouldn't change the play calling to much though since the oline coach got raised to oc.

he isn't funky, studs is. studs was oc at bowling green and did have some good offenses but from what i remember those were spread offenses and we aren't going to be doing that.

he said expect heavy run and use of the play action. Its been said that was our plan all along was simplify the offense. I think we shed some formations that crowton had us running.

It won't matter. LSUs offense will look similar each year unless they get someone like Leach.

nah he is going to be in on game planning and still coaching the qbs but stud is going to call the plays.

I think its a precautionary measure by him and les. If krags was to start to decline bad during the season it would be hard switch play callers mid year.

it will look kinda similar but i dont think we see near the amount of formations. it will be more stuff that actually works vs crowtons every single formation possible if it works we dont run it again because they are expecting it bullshite.

i dont really see this as wasting our talent. crowton got to fancy and it caused confusion on offense. This should be a simple offense but doesn't mean it wont be using talent.

our offense ran best in no huddle 2 minute mode just letting players play. we have a strong oline, stable of insane backs and a weak qb so run first makes sense. run run run then open up with some play action and safe passes. ill take jj only passing for 150-200 a game if it means we control the ground game and jj isn't turning it over. IMO our d is good enough to win games so our o just needs to score a few times and not turn the ball over deep in its own territory. Now if chavis starts to fade at the end of the season like happened last year than yea we will have to open our o up a bit.
