BS, we all know Auburn players don't go to class unless there is a pool and basket weaving materials involved.

Actually, Mississippi State got the idea from other schools. Both Oklahoma State and Arkansas State had used the concept before MSU. MSU takes quite a lot from elsewhere. Hail State is just a knock-off of Michigan's Hail to the Victors, and TSUN is a complete rip-off of Woody Hayes from Ohio State's Woody Hayes.

Didnt State even put up a billboard somewhere near Oxford saying this? If Auburn did this, some bammer hick would be out there with his chainsaw cutting down the billboard within a day or two

Wasn't Hail State written in 1939 by a music store owner in Meridian as part of a contest? And wasn't Hail to the Victors written in 1898 by a student returning from a football game?

Didn't "Our State" start around 2010? OSU has been using "the STATE'S university" since the last century. Arkansas State stole that for billboards in Little Rock in the early 2000's.

Nothing wrong with State using these inspirations, just don't act like you invented the wheel.

Sammie doesn't drop them usually, he just won't move more than 6 inches to catch the football.
