I agree, we have an easy schedule. We'd still win the Natty with a hard schedule though, so I couldn't care less.
Obviously. Since the only top 10 teams you played in the SEC last year came down to the last possession and those games could have went either way. So, I guess you are right. It really doesn't matter that you don't play 2 of the big boys out of the East in the regular season.

It doesn't matter, they'll just play the best one in Atlanta.

From 2012-2014 LSU will have played UF 3 times, USCe 2 times, and UGA from the East. In the same amount of time, Bama will have played UT 3 times, UK, Mizzou, and Vandy. And people wonder why LSU fans complain? I don't want an easier schedule, I just want Bama to have a harder schedule. Make them truly earn their championships, and not let them cakewalk to ATL

Dually noted.

But...but...but that's LSU's permanent opponent. Alabama's is Tennessee. We promise Tennessee used to be really good. We're sorry Tennessee isn't good right now nor do we know when Tennessee will get better. But this game is so important to us. Why don't you LSU fans understand? Who cares about competitive balance in scheduling? We need to play that game every year.

Hmmm, now why didnt you include a few years prior to 2012 in that? hmmm, could it have negated your argument? hmmmm

Now, we can go the last 10 and I'm sure LSU has played the tougher opponents mainly due to Florida. And you're going to point out that Florida is LSU's permanent. We've seen this song and dance already. That's why I preempted it with my previous post.

Not that I can tell.

Just go back five years and see

From 2007-2011 Bama played Florida 4 times, Georgia 2 times, and USCe 2 times. For the millionth time....they rotated off of our schedule. Lsu could've kept bama from ever playing in the title game last year, but did not have the chest to do it. It's time to stop whining.

We've already done this a few days ago. I'm not going look it up again.

You dont need to, because Bama played an equal schedule as LSU, maybe even a little harder. The problem with the argument that is being presented, is you are only looking at 2-3 years. which is a huuuuuuuuuuuuge hole in the argument
And the "2012-2014" schedule.

Georgia 2 times,
Yet, LSU played them more recently in the regular season and they rotate back on LSU's schedule this year--even though Bama was supposed to play them last year. Bridge schedules.

It worked out. Bama did play them last year, in their home state, and beat them. What more do u want?

They didnt rotate back on the schedule, they were placed onto it for a temporary schedule, outside normal rotation.
Simple fact LSU played an easier schedule than Bama before 2012 and now Bama has an easier schedule. You are narrowing your focus on one or two years of an argument that should be talked about in more years than that

Doesn't matter..cause Florida is on our schedule every year. There is no year that LSU has had a cakewalk in the East simply due to that fact. But I appreciate your argument. We can't help that Florida has been pretty good while Tennessee hasn't the last few years.
