Yes, and LSU fans, if we're honest, will say that we arguably are the 2nd best SEC team all-time. That's what we aspire to. Is what is is.
If we count the way Bama counts, we have 8 NCs. And we're at 12 SEC titles just behind UGA and tenner. Shows you just how strong Tennessee was as 2nd best SEC football program for most of the SEC history... They haven't won an SEC title in football since 1998; LSU has 5 since then and we are still 1 behind.
But... We comin'.
