Let them have there stupid med school. It has nothing to do with THE University of Alabama. How many NCs did the med school ever win? Just as many as UAB. None. Zero.
Let THE University of Alabama have the ONLY football team and let UAB have their research and grad school and all that fancy bullcrap no one cares about. We have Nick Saban. We don't need any hospital in
Birmingham to make us feel good about ourselves.
We are THE University of Alabama, home of Bear Bryant and Nick Saban. We have the NC and the Heisman. We don't care about the med school.

I'm happy for UAB. W/n a few decades UAB will have a top 10 medical school program. Too bad it will be surrounded by Detroit Pt. II.
