Fight at bama scrimmage equals team intense and ready to play.

Fight at Auburn practice equals no chemistry, chaos, something is going on down there.

I read that Alabama still has no kicker, Tua Tago looked like a freshman, Jalen Hurts had to avoid pressure all day, and that the defense will still be good.

Sounds about right and like a normal fall camp.

I really don't get the Tua love vs Jalen. Everyone saw the issues with having a true frosh QB leading a championship caliber team last year.

Evans was possibly dehydrated. He was walking under his own power but the cart came out and helped him off the field.

TUSCALOOSA, Ala.– Even after losing Jonathan Allen, Reuben Foster, Ryan Anderson and Tim Williams to the National Football League, Alabama football is still full of savages. During today’s scrimmage at Bryant-Denny Stadium, the Crimson Tide’s secondary intensified its competition versus the wide receivers. According to sources, junior Calvin Ridley and company had a difficult time creating separation to catch passes.

Things got more interesting when Trevon Diggs took his shot at defending Ridley.

Per sources, the constant battling between Diggs and Ridley with safety Ronnie Harrison in the mix led to multiple scuffles. Ridley, who is on a few preseason watch lists, would be sent to the locker room. Upon his returned, Ridley wore no shoulder pads. This could possibly show signs of an injury. While Harrison at times had shown that he can be a little too emotional, Diggs is trying to show the coaching staff that he’s the right move at left corner.

Alabama’s defensive backfield lost Eddie Jackson and Marlon Humphrey after last season; however, today’s event provides a sign that it refuses to back down from any challenge.

Only at Alabama would this be news for other fans to talk about.
well, yeah. Every other school has shitloads of holes to exploit. At Bama, we are looking for pinholes in the armor.

Have you ever played football? Fights happen in preseason. They just do. You hear about them at Alabama.

Little shoving matches, exchanges of words, etc... Happens all the time. A fight where someone gets thrown out of practice? Haven't seen that happen.

ETA: and I mean at a scrimmage.

You get tired of hitting your own teammates and it gets old going against the same guys over and over. Especially if you're Ridley and you may be getting goose egged. Scuffles happen

Maybe it's me, but Harrison seems like a hot head that would do stupid shite.

I think he's kinda proven himself to be exactly that. Remember the sideline fight during the USC game?

Hell, Saban decided that we'd just score touchdowns this year. Besides, he teaching his all-world punter how to drop kick a ball.

This thread is talking about a chemistry problems and chaos at Alabama. Nobody has said anything about Auburn because it has nothing to do with Auburn.
