Imagine being so fricking stupid to think losing the best talent in your state is a good thing and it doesnt matter

Can you imagine if UGA said the same thing. Muh were still ranked high, it doesnt matter if we lose every top recruit in state

They’re very much like Democrats.

1. They’ll always accuse you of doing what is they’re doing.

2. They feel entitled.

3. They lose their mind at anything that does fit their narrative.

I’m confused. Are you assuming something about the names he made fun of?

The irony is I chose those two as the example for an additional specific reason, but no one has figured it out.

They both have brothers already on the Auburn football team.

They're legacy players.

But muh "Alabama is having trouble recruiting in-state" bros won't care.

Can you please explain the logic here? If you're able to secure higher-ranked players from around the country (which, incidentally, helps build your brand outside of the state of Alabama), why does losing lower-ranked players that happen to reside in the state of Alabama matter?

Shouldn't a coach recruit the best available player, no matter where they live? Especially in the age of NIL where very few (if any) players have loyalty to a particular school?

Doesn't matter who they sign with anymore. 80% of those players signing with Auburn and Alabama will be at different schools after a year or two.

So why would anyone care about players anymore? They are all pretty much replaceable and they rarely live up to the fake hype anyway.

The rare sighting of a barner with a brain.

The rest of the little brothers need to catch up with the times. They're still acting like it's 2004 and Tubs is riding high on Bama probation.

It isn't if you're signing top tier talent from other states. Alabama just signed the second best class in the country this year. Would we have liked to have signed a majority of the top in-state talent? Definitely. However, if we fail to do that but make up for it by signing the top in-state talent in Texas or California, I will not protest. Alabama's four Heisman Trophy winners came from the states of Michigan, Florida, Louisiana, and California respectively.

Every instate player has families. Auburn just sowed the seeds that will bear fruit for generations to come. Sorry you dont have the capacity to understand the significance of it. The scale of losing your own state to your rival is huge.

Imagine GT signing 70% of the states top talent. Sure UGA could still land a top class, but the damage done in state will last for decades. Kids want to play where their dad played, where their uncle played, where their cousin played. We are talking about losing the best talent in YOUR OWN BACK YARD.

Bama fans are a special breed of stupid

making fun of a name is pretty racist i heard, better do some hail marys to Dylan Mulvaney before you get canceled. also, its not that Alabama doesn't get their share of dumb names, its that if its between Auburn and another school, the dumb name motherfricker is going to Auburn. Also our guys usually have the decency to use a nickname if their name is stupid, McCorkle become Mac, GaQuincy is Kool Aid, Ha'Sean is HaHa
