"Miller has not been charged in the killing of 23-year-old Jamea Jonae Harris, a mother of a 5-year-old boy, but police testimony earlier this week alleges he brought the gun used in the fatal shooting to now-former teammate Darius Miles at the request of Miles, who then handed the gun to another individual who later committed the crime. Both Miles and his accomplice, Michael Lynn Davis, are facing charges of capital murder."

The answer was right there in the article and you chose to ignore it:

If somebody says "bring me my gun", are you legally bound to inquire as to what they plan on doing with it and make sure they have no criminal intent in mind? Can you prove that Miller knew what Miles and Davis were going to do with the gun?
Proof. You do understand what that word means, right?
Now it's quite possible that the proof will materialize that implicates Miller but to our knowledge that proof has not yet emerged. Maybe they get somebody to narc on Miller or there's evidence we don't know about. But as of now, the evidence does not support charging Miller with anything.

2) While Texas has 3 final fours, they have no NC in basketball, the same number as Alabama
3) While Texas has 4 NC in football, Alabama has more then 4 times that many
