Miller delivered the murder weapon. He knew it was going to be used in a gunfight.

Nah. Miller simply went to pickup his teammate.
quote:

His actions directly led to the murder. Without his compliance and participation, Harris would be alive and her daughter wouldnt have to grow up without a mother.

Nah. Miller didn't enable or participate in the gunfight and is lucky he wasn't shot. Maybe Harris would be alive if she hadn't dated a gunslinging thug. Btw, she had a son not a daughter.
quote:

Instead Miller walks free...all bc he is a good player. If he was a scrub, he would have been kicked off the team. YOu know it and I know it. Hell everyone knows it. Bama sold their soul for cheap wins

Miller walks free because he doesn't deserve to be charged as an accomplice or be kicked off the team. If he were a scrub player, you wouldn't be wanting him unjustly punished.

Do people on this board truly feel this way about Bama fans in real life? Like do they have this seething animosity towards a stranger wearing a Bama hat that they pass on the street? Or is it all just message board bullshite? Kind of disturbing and sad tbh.

Which player? LSU has done some disgraceful shite lately so doesn’t surprise me. Doesn’t mean you need to get all defensive when someone mentions Florida players and their fans from the metro Atlanta area being jort wearing trash bags.

Welcome back, alter.

You’re a joke. Although watching you dig in on you ‘faux outrage’ is entertaining.

Pussy.

I believe, and I’m no expert, that all of these schools have been to > 0.000 final fours in the entirety of human history. Not all schools have been able to achieve that, even though we as a species evolved into humans 200,000 years ago (well I don’t think most Bama fans did).

Maybe that’ll change this year. Maybe it won’t.

How’s Colt doing these days? I know that he was still languishing in the league last year so I assume the noodle arm recovered somewhat.

Right?

Nice deflection fatty. Don’t you have a 2-day carnival cruise out of mobile to prepare for?

No doubt. As a matter of fact. Have coach class tickets to Hades. Have a second set just in case.

They all are. Losing a 17 point second half lead will cause a helluva bleed.

Not even a win over UT has salved that wound.

He did?

You have proof of that?

ETA:

quote:

Tuscaloosa’s chief deputy district attorney, Paula Whitley, told AL.com regarding possible charges for Miller: “There’s nothing we could charge him with.”

Birmingham defense attorney Richard Jaffe told The Associated Press that prosecutors would have to prove that Miller knew a crime would occur, and Jaffe hasn’t seen anything to indicate that he had knowledge or intent.

Without the element of knowledge and intent provable, there’s not really any way legally that he can be held accountable,” said Jaffe, a former Tuscaloosa prosecutor who is not involved in the case. “People cannot be held accountable for someone else’s actions unless they know what they are and intend that criminal activity occur, specifically in this case that a weapon will be used.”

So again I say, what proof do YOU have that Miller knew ahead of time what was about to go down?
