Wrong again, kiddo. Very few people know that outside of this board, actually. But even the most casual observers know that Auburn paid Cam Newton's family to come play at farm.

It's amazing how dumb and brainwashed people are then isn't it?

This is actually sick, unlike praying.

That certainly sucks and is shameful but the use of religion to brainwash recruits into thinking a school is better than others is pretty crappy too.

I know several "very religious" financial advisers who would steal the shirt off your back for a dollar. They use their "faith" to rip off other religious clients.

That is an opinion, unless you know Trooper Taylor or any AU coach personally.

It is a fact Saban lies to recruits.

They are when your program is run like an NFL team and the players are treated like pawns.

There are quotes in the article from former players that Saban lied about their injuries and put them on medical scholarships to make room for new recruits.

"Coach Saban told me it's a one-year scholarship you have to work for," Jones told the paper. "Some coaches don't tell some kids. Some kids have to find out the hard way."

Watching Trooper Taylor encourage the barbarian behavior of Nick Fairley, use the "n" word with recruits to maximize his "connection" with them, etc. have all shown me that he is a religious hypocrite, and therefore his use of religion as a recruiting tool is disgusting.

Nothing you bammers are saying has anything to do with the point of the thread. I don't care how many kid's dreams Saban ruins.

The point is AU coaches are called sickening for praying, but yet your own coach straight up lies to players and recruits and none of you have a problem with it.

If Miles got accused of this, outside the lines would have a field day with it.
