I've always wondered why the Heisman doesn't wait until after the bowl games to award the trophy. I get that the award dates back to the time when bowls were considered more as exhibition games (1900-1970). I mean, times have changed. It would be different if bowl stats weren't considered as part of the regular season statistics, like they do in the NFL with playoff statistics.
I mean, think of how the 2005 results would have been different after the Rose Bowl.

#2 after getting off their nuts realize that the most important statistic is he has more tds and less interceptions than winston.
