Very happy Kentucky won. Even better that they beat kU doing it! Always love to see them lose

I've always liked Kentucky basketball since I lived there for a few years when I was little. But what was up with the riots last night?

UK is the new West Virginia. At least WVU is trying to stop this classless, back-woods, barefoot, moon-shining practice.

Was happy for Kentucky. Then I read the stat that said "Since '05, the SEC has 12/20 CFB/BB/Baseball Championships; no other conference has more than two" and I went

It took more than 10 years for SC to rise up to standards. Arkansas took till their Basketball title and they won't let you forget it.

So the time has come to rise up and dominant. Don't disappoint....

I fricking hate Kansas. Can't stress that enough. I would've won my bracket and $50 if Kansas had won simply because I picked Kansas to play Mizzou in the Championship Game with Mizzou winning it all. I was just a few points ahead of the person who picked Kentucky to win it all, and if Kentucky had lost, I'd be $50 richer today.

However, it's worth losing the bracket to see the sadness in the eyes of Kansas fans who I unfortunately must work with. Their drained faces and lack of smack talk today makes me an extremely happy person!

Kansas fricking sucks! I heard a rumor that Satan himself is a KU basketball assistant coach. It's a State full of demons...

At first I did not give a frick, then I was immediately excited when I saw that Kentucky fans were going full blown Appalachia and setting shite on fire

Yeah, there was some SEC pride last night. As others have mentioned, the Big 12 doesn't have that kind of conference pride or unity. I'm looking forward to being a part of that.

But the most important part of last night for Mizzou fans was the fact that kansas lost. I would have rooted for them to lose if they were playing the Taliban. UK beating them was just a nice bonus.

mizzoukills summed it up. You people simply dont grasp the depth of pure disdain and hate, the desire to demolish, burn and shite on any and everything blue and red that denotes jayhawk. And I don't expect you to realize or achknowledge this. It just is. Auburn-Ala is a faint dislike compared to this.

Having said that, I of course was thrilled the despicable vermin were finally put down, 5 rounds late. They again got gift seeds, players out, under performance etc. UK was the ace in the hole.

Compared to 2008 when Memphis choked I was in Denver and wanted to hurl my beer mug at the big screen. I was beside myself then. Last night was relief that the universe was not ruled by evil.

Really, you don't. A&M/Texas was a pussy rivalry compared to MU/KU. Don't bother responding. You don't get it and never will. There's a difference between extreme dislike and cities burning to the ground, border raids and rapes, and fan "score board" t-shirts that chronicle the deaths in Lawrence after it was burned down as payback for the evil fricking shite that Kansans pulled on Missouri citizens.

You don't know what we are talking about. You never will.

If yes (which I did), can you articulate why it may have felt different than KU's in 2008?

Simple.

My First Sergeant and I were competing in the bracket challenge. I picked Kansas to win...he picked Memphis.

You're holding a grudge over something that happened over 150 years ago. Very muslim-like of you...as opposed to the shite that still happens outside of football between sips and ags.

I was with you until the better than the Bucks v. Bears braggadocio. After that I just couldn't hold my tongue.

Keep telling yourself that

I don't hate Kansas. Didn't particularly care who won last night. Part of me was pulling for Kentucky, because sure, I want the Big 12 to lose. But another part of me wanted Kansas to win, because of a certain UK fan I know (who will not be named) gets on my nerves.
