Not very often.
I mean, SEC hate is real. I have heard many rants from Big 12 fans about how the SEC is overrated and how they cheat in all sorts of ways to get the talent they do.
We can't take all the credit though, a lot of that hate is due to Ole Miss, Alabama, and LSU cherry-picking Texas players that in say 2004 would have gone to OU or Texas. We love taking credit for opening the door, and our own recruiting boost that followed, but it is the overall success of the SEC (and the single-mindedness of fans of the SEC) that really pisses them off. I mean every now and then you get a "Texas/OU should go to the SEC ASAP" type person, but they are rare and almost never alumni. With all the other fans the SEC hate just festers and rots.
The funny part is that we don't get the full SEC association yet in the eyes of Big 12 fans. They way they talk we are the family member that let the thieves in the house rather than a member of the gang robbing the place. That is a lingering impression that I expect to fade over time, especially if we eventaully have the kind of success that they hate the SEC for having.

do you sing about tcu or wva in your fight song? play them on the same weekend every year?

I actually take exception to this statement.
A&M was an original member of the SWC. Missouri was an original member of the Big 8.
The Big XII was nothing more than an expansion of the Big 8 Conference with remnants of the Southwest Conference's carcass.
The Big XII was NOT a new conference...rather an expansion of an already existing one.

Responding to the original question: it got even more personal. I only go to Texas once or twice a year, but some college-related conversations I have with people from other schools ends up with them having actual hate in their voices. It's really, really sad and not fun at all. Y'all don't hate us enough yet, so stick with the easy gay jokes for as long as you'd like. It's easier to deal with than somebody wishing violence upon you
