In any event, Rant posters are not all that representative of the whole fan base (of any school).

It's funny that this thread was started by a longwhorn fan posing as an Lsu fan

Did you do the SEC chant when Bama and LSU beat us this year?

We left them barefoot and pregnant with all the kids and no child support. Of course they are a bit raw.

LSU's offense was LF, period. That, by definition, is the problem.

When teams could shut LF down, there was no second option. LSU was one-dimensional on offense, and it resulted in all three losses.

And this year Harris will be in his 3rd year as a starter, LF will be a junior, Dupre will be a junior, and LSU is apparently losing jack shite to the draft unless something happens in the next few days. And just landed one of the best up and coming DC's in the country.

Also worth noting that for some reason, Harris played severely injured after the Bama game.

If Beckwith returns, LSU will be preseason top 5. Similar situation as last year's off season. Decent QB play and this team is going to be very good. LSU got that at times this year, and not at others, like November.

At the end of the day though, LSU is undoubtedly going to be better than TAMU, and we both know it.

He was talking about Chavis.

No he wasn't. No one believes LSU ran Chavis out of town but plenty think they ran Steele out of town.

Chavis, under contract through next December, has not signed a three-year, $4 million new contract LSU has offered him, a source said. The deal would pay him $1.33 million a year, a $30,000 raise from his current contract and run through the 2017 season, but it includes a provision that has “upset” Chavis, sources say.

Yup, because we all know that the only thing between LSU and a title was a Cam extension.

and a new DC and healthy QB.

you'll never be on LSUs level. deal with it.

Based on everything I read about both DCs on here, I think you have that backwards. LSU didn't want Chavis, they upgraded with Steele.

That's not even remotely close to what he was referencing. And that provision wasn't designed to run him out of town, and you'd be hard pressed to find a single LSU fan who actually believes that was the intention.

Your link is meaningless.
