Sorry. I guess what I meant was: Notre Dame wasn't losing in the 4th quarter on a neutral field to a depleted team.

UNC (at full strength) yards vs ND in the 2nd half: 54

NC (missing tons of production) yards vs A&M in the 2nd half: 194

Every team has been train wrecked by Bama sometimes its okay to tip your hat to an amazing team. What's even crazier is Waddle hasnt played since the beginning of the season.

2019 LSU offense vs 2020 Alabama offense that would be a fantastic battle.

You should teach the other aggies on here how to post. Great post and a good year for your team.I agree both teams(2019 LSU and 2020 Bama) are great . I love Smith but I would take Burrow and his 60 td’s over Mac and his 34. Najee and CEH are both dynamic but in different ways. Both are great RB’s . What Smith has been able to do virtually by himself since Waddle went down is phenomenal.

How many RBs deep was UNC when they played A&M?

We played our 4th and 5th string RBs in the Orange Bowl. Top two opted out and third was injured.

Down three offensive players who were selected to an All-American team this year; and our leading tackler at LB who’s been 1st team All-ACC the last two years.

Can we talk about A&M feint depleted? We had 2 defensive starters out and the. Our First team All SEC RB broke how toe and didn’t play in the second half. Our center was injured during the game. One of the back ups to the CB that was out got hurt too. He was in street clothes the 2nd half. Our #1 WR was out after Florida. Our #2 WR missed the entire year. Our 5* TE2 missed the entire year. Guess what? No one cares. Our back ups stepped up and won the game easily. The end.

I’m not mad at you for stating your case for your guys. IMO, there was a huge discrepancy in what A&M was missing and their value to the team vs UNC’s losses. That will be seen in the upcoming draft.

You’re right it doesn’t really matter. Y’all have the Orange Bowl trophy and we do not.

One more thing...that starting RB of yours getting injured is what won you the game. No way he breaks off the run Achane did.

Yes, they should have been. Would have been a better game than ND getting railed in a bowl game, again.

Not with a broken toe he doesn’t. Heathy he’s as good as anyone. Great vision. Doesn’t go down easily. There is a reason he got first team with Harris.

Texas A&M was ready to play whoever showed up. Maybe Mac Brown should recruit better players that won't quit on his team?

Maybe he just couldn't get his players excited to play the 5th best team in the Big 12.

To be fair, the UNC team played by A&M and the one played by Notre Dame were very different

To be fair A&M was missing just as many starters as UNC and lost the starting center and starting RB during the game.

And don't start the bs about the recruiting stars UNC had.

A&M game was second of the season. Notre Dame was at the end of the season.

It almost sounds like you think if Ags had played Vandy last weekend we would have beaten them by 5 again??? It seems to be what you think I guess. Totally different level of offensive and defensive line play in game 5 vs game 1 much less late in the season.

aTm had a solid season, but they just weren't an elite team. They looked very average in most of their games. North Carolina was beating them in the 4th quarter even though they were missing lots of their talent. The only thing that looked elite on a&m's team was their running game when Achane ran the ball. That guy is lightning.

You just made our point. Talking about people out of the game is for the losers!

Y'all always like to tout the fact you played an all SEC schedule. Tell us again what the cumulative W/L record of your opponents was and how your best win was a four loss team that got skullfricked by a BDF team in their bowl.

Wasn't it Clemson that had only beaten 1 team with a winning record prior to the ND rematch? Pretty sure I heard or read it somewhere.

The 4th place team in the West beat #11.

The 6th place team in the West beat #24.

The 4th place team in the East beat #23.

The only games the SEC lost were Cotton and the 3rd place team IN THE WEST, without a head coach, losing to the B1G runner-up, who gave tOSU a solid challenge.

How many Big 12 teams played a team ranked higher than them? The only one I find is Okie Lite (#21) beating Miami (#18) by a whopping 3 points.

Big 12 is a minor league conference that played a minor league bowl schedule.

The SEC has gone 14-4 in bowl games the last two years. Even with the undefeated slate this year, the Big 12 has gone 7-5.

Go ahead and crow about OU beating Florida, though. You're used to Oklahoma carrying the water anyway.
