Last year A&M hired Chavis and you boys were going to come cherry pick Louisiana for recruits with all of the Chavis "Louisiana connections". We told you nose-pickers/booger'eaters then that Chavis couldn't recruit. So this year A&M targeted 4 major recruits LSU was after yet went 0-4 in the battles.
You're still upset about Deshawn Capers-Smith, aren't ya. Let it all out.

It was made pretty clear that Gerald Hawkins committed to the Aggies as an OL not DL. Les Miles flipped him.

No he just recruits OL and sends them to the NFL, often in the first round.
Enough with the bs. You will see a difference on the field this fall.

Aggie recruited him as a dl which made it even more insulting that he came here for ol. But keep lying.

Yes some fans did. I was not one of them.
If you want to know what fans think of a coach look at what they say before the hire is made.
Every one was scared to death that Steele was even a candidate. Then later tried to convince themselves hiring a LB coach from the program you are trying to catch to be your DC would be fine.
Not to mention the orange bowl fiasco, or the fact that he was just never good anywhere.
I think we held one team all year to less points than Chavis 5 yr average, and he almost got miles canned with a 15 million dollar buyout.
Hell in 2014 we held bama, ark, and ole miss to 37 pts combined in regulation. In 15 each team pretty much scored that much individually. Its not like LSU all the sudden stopped scoring points last year, we just stopped keeping teams from scoring.
I am excited about aranda though.

Jim Turner recognized Hawkins talent when all he had were a couple of 2nd tier offers for DL.
Yes Hawkins was publically quoted as saying his preference was DL and yes the Aggies would have taken him at any position he said he wanted to play because Jim Turner recognized his talent.
Turner had told him his NFL future was at OL and Hawkins called Turner and committed. Soon after he flipped to LSU.
So why don't you stfu about anybody lying.
