I know Jimbo is well known for his QB development, but I am assuming Sumlin Offense fit them better

curious how you seeing QB pan out next year

Honestly our old staff was known for arrested development if not regression.

Glad to see a big change in QB coaching.

I didn't pay attention past them all fleeing

you always seem to have a ton of talent there

Assuming Starkel fits the system better?

Sumlin had 3 distinctly different offenses in his time at A&M. Which one are you referring to?

This is where i'm at. I think the most drastic change we will likely see next season is the output on the offensive side of the ball. These guys have been so poorly coached up and under-developed the past several seasons that it was a disservice to them. So I think you will see that side of the ball improve the quickest tbh.

If Mond wins the spot that will be a little scary

kid was lost, but you see the arm and running ability

Can't see him winning the job. Starkel is a pretty legit passer.

Why would you think that? You have a bunch of spread offense players who'll have to learn a pro style offense from the 90s. That's not a seamless transition by any stretch of the imagination.

Fisher can't fix soft arse players with good coaching.

I was surprised based on his high school back ground, but the kid has big time natural skills/throwing.

He could be a real difference maker, but in year three.. needs reps and body development.

Mond? Not happening unless your plan on being a heavy zone read/running team. Accuracy is so bad, even an off the charts improvement leaves you with avg at best.

name a QB that Sumlin developed at A&M. In reality his inabiity to manage the QB position led to his firing.

I don't think Jimbo relies too much on QB run plays in his offense. I'd definitely give the edge to Starkel. The guy that mentioned Gunnell is right. That kid and Jimbo will be a match made in football heaven in a couple years.
