Some of the sharpest, brightest men I have met were in the Corps of Cadets. Most were destined for a stellar military career. But, for ever guy like that, there are 4 idiots. No campus organization has embarrassed the University more than the Corps. Sometimes I think the leadership acts purposefully.

To be honest, I'm not TOTALLY pissed about the Aggies coming to the SEC...they bring Robert Earl Keen and Lyle Lovett with them.

Cadets really are an easy target, but half of them do go on to serve.
I understand the infatuation with them though.

Those guys are cadets as well. I think one is nonreg (not in the corps of cadets).
Like I said, I understand why they get picked on. They are Aggies though, and a good amount of them have fought, served, and died fighting for us. Just keep that in mind sometimes boys.

That's because they are a double whammy. The yell leaders are corps members

Bunch of fish-campin, circle-jerkin, boy-lovers.............frickin weirdos. And, I mean this. Even the chicks have dicks.

All the current Yell Leaders are Corps. I think the last non-Corps Yell Leader was in 2001. Boo Boo Davies. Fat, black guy. Can't find a pic though. Apparently GIS has been cleared of black yell leaders. Perhaps we are an SEC school

Didn't realize REK was really known outside of Texas.

I go see REK whenever he makes a stop through South Carolina.
I've always been a fan of "The Front Porch Song" (his version is far superior to Lyle's), and when UGA plays A&M in College Station I plan on stoping into Luby's and get a plate of enchiladas.

I love the hell outta some REK. I've gotta say I don't think you need to be getting enchiladas at Luby's though.

It sucks that he's relatively obscure but that homosexual Kenny Chesney is selling out arenas.
