To be fair the downward spiral started with injuries and suspensions. It just took us too damn long to figure it out again once they got back.

The restricted circle is just where charges won't be called correct?
As in, a defender in position can get run over by an offensive player without a charge being called. So therefore, it should have been a no call if Okeke was in position.
