He also thinks Georgia's going 4-4 in SEC play next year, pay him no mind.

One guy does not make a difference in a team sport. Now if the Rebels can recruit like this every year for the next few years, not get caught, then they have a good shot to do very well. But as a Defensive player idk why you would go anywhere but Bama, LSU, Georgia or Florida who all produce the best D players in the SEC.

LSU's schedule is brutal and they were a couple plays away from losing 5 games this year. JMHO.

We were a couple of plays (and some dumbass calls) away from winning the two we lost...can't base your assumption on that..

no, there's also the unprecedented mass exodus of nfl caliber underclassmen to consider.

Why do you stress who's leaving more than who's coming back in your predictions?

This is a stupid statement. LSU was also a couple plays away from being undefeated.

We lose as many starters as Bama and tied with TCU for most freshman played, bro.

I really wouldn't count us out, if you seriously look at the problem our team had, it was only depth related. We were controlling the game against y'all, Vandy, and t&m but gave it away late due to lack of depth/ experience.

Even if you look at our team without my ole miss goggles on, with all the returning starters plus the added depth we gain tomorrow I think all else equal we will be much much better.

Probably, shite smells like Orgeron/Nutt all over again.

This..

How? We all knew from the start that Orgeron was a fricking moron whose only value was recruiting. We thought that Nutt could bring us to Arky levels, and he did for two years, but he faceplanted his last two years. No one really respected us all that much with either of these coaches. Freeze brings a completely different feel and attitude.

on SEC wins. I say 3 years he gets 15 conference wins. OM will finish 4th twice in the west twice and sneak into 3rd once. Sound about right?

Sounds right to me.

P.S. Spare me any OM homers and claims of playing in Atlanta anytime in the realistic future. GTFO with that dillusion!

Good luck with that request.
Next year Bucktooth will have expectations. We'll see where Ole Miss is when they have the big expectations like MSU did this past year.

And the Bama fan thinking we go 0-8 in the SEC? Just stick to watching Bama games you dumb redneck.

not get caught

Yeah, because the ONLY way we can get good players is by doing something that would allow us to be "caught."

TIL that there are only 50 or 60-ish defensive players in high school football. Yeah, you're right, after those schools sign who they want, there are NO OTHER DEFENSIVE PLAYERS LEFT IN FOOTBALL. That adds up.

Sir...rational thinking like this has no place on this board.

How many wins do you think OM finishes with between @Texas, @Bama, A&M and LSU?

I'm thinking 2.

Rebs have a brutal schedule next year and if Bro Wallace isn't perfectly healthy it could be a long year..again..but we are improving quickly and anything is possible.

Based on what? Return the entire offense with a potential big time new OC coming in. We also played a ton of new guys on defense last year, return a ton of SEC snaps in the secondary, will be ridiculously loaded at LB for a change and we've never had a problem replacing d-linemen. Throw in another top 5 recruiting class and............. never mind.

frick it, I'm
