Have you seen the stats? Menzie has more passes defended than Mathieu. That's he only stat that's so called "better" than Mathieu. But using your argument that's because Mathieu is more of a "lock-down" corner than Menzie.

people remember Rodgers shoving TM7 out of the way to get open in the UT game and think hes not great in coverage.

You have no logical argument. You can't back up a lack of logic with statistics. You don't understand the way he plays or how he's utilized, & even admitted not knowing what the stats broke down as in a comparison of the two.
Its okay to not know what you're talking about. It happens from time to time. Your love of Bama has skewed your opinion. Its outweighing logic, reason, & factual evidence for you here.

Your only "argument" is that he isn't an elite DB. You can't back it up with anything, just your feelings. Now, if that is how the coaches voted, then we can just throw this list out because its crap, but I highly doubt they did that.

No, that's what you guys have turned it into because of your love for comparing all things to Bama.
I started this argument, and it had nothing to do with Menzie. I said TM isn't on the list because he's not an elite DB. That has nothing to do with Menzie. You can argue that Menzie shouldn't be on the list, but that's a different argument.

You haven't defined what an elite DB is to disqualify Mathieu, & until you do, you're working with logic that's worse than a house of cards.
Seriously, take a step back here. You have to define your own opinion factually with evidence & stats here, just as others are doing. If you can't, then you need to adimt that you can't, and that you're completely winging it on this discussion.
There's no fault in that. Fans love their schools & sometimes, they can't take the blinders off. This is one of those situations for you. We've all done it before. This time is no different for you.
But to sit there and come off like a jagoff who won't define his own terms, ignores & expresses ignorance of statistical evidence from others who are backing their points up with logic & reason? You're giving your fanbase a bad name.
