After this tournament the SEC umps are going to look so bad and be so embarrassed that they are going to wind up going on strike and demand this not be implemented.

Just let the system call balls and strikes and let the ump do plays at the plate. MLB should stop embarrassing their umps by having them call balls and strikes.

They can frick that stuff up too. No one was ever worse at their job than Angel Hernandez

Do they have the same tech as MLB? Do they have the exact heights measured for every player which will be used to calibrate each time they’re at bat?

It's not just the SEC. College Baseball umps are garbage in general.

This is going to highlight just how incompetent home plate umpires are in college baseball. So many balls called strikes in this league that aren’t remotely close just because the dipshit behind the plate wants to make a demonstrative strike 3 call.

I suspect they’ll tighten it up to prevent exposing themselves as jackasses. Every one that umps behind the plate in this league considers it a strike if it’s framed well. That’s literally all it takes to get a strike call, see the catcher frame it well

Love it.

Would like to see it rolled out to SEC, Regionals, Supers, and Omaha

My prediction is that in 2 seasons of ABS, pitchers will be throwing 105 MPH fastballs and the curveballs will look like whiffle balls. I believe that because pitchers will be able to practice game-like scenarios like never before.

And fat slob drunk retarded umps won't be able to do a thing about it.
