That might be true they do have 7 billion. But just because they have that 7 billion doesnt mean they can go and spend it all on their sports. depending on how the money is allocated. It's probaly less than billion that is allocated to the football program. Then it depends on the % they're able to spend a year. seeing how they have ammased this sum in the years before their Football "sucess" I doubt that a huge sum was allocated to their football program.
By the time they're ready to upgrade LSU would have still been ahead of them.

Of course they couldn't get up and use that money, I'm not arguing that.
Look at the big picture -Money isn't an issue for A&M, obviously their alumni are very generous. This will carry over to their AD in the long run if their success continues.
Their boosters are very capable of writing a check also
