You think we don't know that?
You're kind of slow, aren't you?
So just because I'm from North Carolina, have 0 connections to the state of Texas and I'm just finding out about this midnight yell thing, I must be slow?

What exactly are they yelling about anyway? Are they yelling for female cheerleaders? Obviously, they aren't yelling for more Wins from their mediocre teams.

Funyuns.
A better salty snack the world has never seen. So good, a breakfast cereal should be made to honor them in the form of tiny Cheerios.

What athletic club will the Hogs engage in competition upon the gridiron field at the end of the week?

Well....when you visit the Swamp next year you will see a stadium that is a vipers nest...VERY LOUD. The actual playing field is built way underground and drainage pipes criss cross to keep it dry...at entrance the field is downward and the best part is that the stadium is built upward..not outward...seats are very very close to the field sidelines. 85,000 rabid fans + 5,000 Aggies will make it vibrate. It was originally built in 1930s.
Be sure to get to the Swamp early and visit Lake Alice which is within a short hike..picnic tables and tents will be set up..vehicles pull up over the curb and park. Live gators that arent caged are everywhere.
The party atmosphere is everywhere and its a beautiful wooded campus. Like most places....some students cant handle their alcohol...but vast majority are very friendly...Florida is about the most welcoming state of all. Believe me when I tell you that you will witness a fan base very passionate about the Gators and when the Jumbotron starts showing the live gators just before the team enters the field...its electric.
The only stadium I can compare to ours is tiger Stadium which is also extremely loud.

Damn, we have some old arse stadiums. The bottom decks of Kyle were built in the late 20s

In the 1930s you had the Public Works Bill that put a lot of Americans to work and built hospitals, prisons, bridges, college buildings & roads. It turned things around after the Depression.

I remember FDR's stirring speech: "We have nothing to fear, but small stadiums."
