you'd gain more ground in this thread if you wouldn't exaggerate so much brah.
their home schedule isnt that bad and they have several high profile OOC games on the way.
they don't actually need us to make a good home schedule anymore than we need them.

Kaiser goes for a scorched earth policy. Sometimes it may seem extreme, but he should never change his ways

meh, all he is doing is feeding trolls and misconceptions.
If his goal is to troll? He is doing fine.
If he wants to actually make people understand our side? Yea, not doing so hot.

And those people already hold a negative view of us and the university and nothing you could do would change it.

that is a very myopic view and doesn't describe everyone he is potentially turning against us.
on top of that, you will do nothing but reinforce those with negative views by giving them ample info to dump on us with.

1. We want our fans to be able to watch our team play without having to order the LHN.
For some reason, I bet this game could be negotiated so it wouldn't have to air on the LHN.

Not really. I mean if you are really going to use one poster on an internet sire as a way to generalize a fanbase, you probably already have a pre conceived notion to dislike that fan base

That is why doing business with Texas is a horrible idea. They would find some slimey loophole to somehow get their game onto their POS network.

I'd like to think so.
We'll get a better idea when games vs UCLA, Notre Dame, Cal, and BYU are played here in a few years.
If those all end up on the LHN you can bet they would want our game on it as well.
Hell, they may not even have a choice as ESPN has a product they need to sell.
LHN is slowly getting better distribution in Texas though. Its on Time Warner now on my current cable package.

It still has piss-poor distribution. Until they get the big distributors like Comcast, it will be largely irrelevant.

Interested to hear the Mizzou fans take on this.
In terms of A&M? They can do whatever they want.
In terms of Mizzou-ku? I'm fine with resuming the rivalry whenever you dweebs stop being butthurt little bitches about it, but I don't think we should bend over backwards to do it. In that regard I get where A&M is coming from. After the comments Self and your AD have blabbed constantly about us, you're gonna have to ask really goddam nicely to actually resume it and it will have to be a favorable, equal set up.
I'll say this: the belief that freezing Mizzou out of the Border War would somehow negatively impact Mizzou in terms of the KC market sure hasn't worked out for you guys AT ALL. Mizzou is the dominant college football story in the KC Star sports pages, and Mizzou basketball has kept right on doing what it does with no ill effects - hell, in hoops we host Kentucky and UCLA in CoMo this year which are both more high profile traditional programs than ku is. ku isn't gaining shite from refusing to play that I can see.
All that said, not having to deal with you fricksticks is sort of a nice relaxing vacation. I do miss the hatred but the new experience in our new conference is so awesome that its hard to look back on the ku games at Arrowhead and really give much of a frick. Your program is a dumpster fire and the only thing it brings to the table is a win for us over an ancient enemy to add to the recordbooks. A neutral site basketball game each year at Sprint Center would be a thrilling environment, but if Self is too pussy to risk losing a game to us each year then so be it what do I care. Am pretty blase about the whole thing by now.

come on now.
you should know how the internet works now.
you just need one thing that can be easily spun to make far more people believe it who dont have the time or will to look into things for themselves.
and its not just one person either.
go over to TexAgs to see all the dick swinging going on.
If a person think "Hmm... maybe this fellow is just a bit extreme and is possibly trolling me. Perhaps I'll go to their most popular forum to see if people feel the same way..."
***hops on to TexAgs***

A&M is so obsessed with Texas. I didn't know they would be scared to play their big bro again.

Time Warner is one of the largest cable providers in Texas and in the country.
That was a pretty big get for them.

It isn't on Time Warner in the big cities, iirc
