I understand why you don't want to resume right now. With all the shots texas, and the rest of the big 12 under their direction, took at A&M and Mizzou? Yeah, I think a little more time probably needs to pass. The only positive for resuming the series right now would be the absolute hate between the teams and fans, and the potential for an SEC beatdown of the big 12 every year.

We'll probably play them again someday, but we can't get pushed into game that is going to be aired on the LHN. Now we are the ones with leverage, so the sips are just hinting without saying anything. Its just a pissing match at this spoint

They had their chance. They said no. They were content playing their true and most important rival. Let them live with it. If we had decided to renew the series, everyone would be going off on how we can't get over them. To quote bird
